For large appliances (refrigerators, dishwashers, washing machines, dryers, cooktops, rangehoods, and ovens), an authorised Whirlpool service technician will be sent to assess the claim. For smaller appliances such as microwaves, you may be asked to bring the product to your nearest authorised service agent. Please have your model number, serial number, and proof of purchase ready when submitting your claim.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

The WWPB8502IW's 820mm height and 475mm depth make it one of the more compact washer dryer combos in Whirlpool's Australian laundry range, suited to built-under installations and smaller laundries. We suggest running the Drum Clean programme before the first wash.

Actual drying performance and overall cycle duration vary with load size, fabric type and the programme selected. As with any washer dryer combo, avoiding overloading the drum and using the recommended detergent type help the wash and hygiene features perform as intended.
