Promotion Dates
The Schweigen Black Friday Cashback promotion runs from 2 November to 30 November 2026 inclusive.
Eligible products must be purchased and paid for in full during the promotion period.
Online cashback claims must be submitted by 31 December 2026.
Cashback Breakdown
The cashback amount is determined by the invoiced purchase price of each eligible product:
- Spend $999–$1,999 and receive $100 cashback
- Spend $2,000–$3,999 and receive $300 cashback
- Spend $4,000–$4,999 and receive $400 cashback
- Spend $5,000 or more and receive $500 cashback
Eligible Products
The promotion applies to brand-new Schweigen appliances that:
- Are purchased from an authorised Schweigen reseller in Australia
- Have an invoiced purchase price of at least $999
- Are paid for in full during the promotion period
- Are not classified as an excluded product or purchase
Eligible products may include qualifying appliances from:

Eligibility and cashback are assessed separately for each product rather than on the combined value of an order.

How to Claim
- Purchase and pay in full for an eligible Schweigen appliance between 2 and 30 November 2026.
- Keep your original tax invoice or receipt.
- Take a clear photograph of the installed appliance or the appliance in its packaging with the product label visible.
- Complete the online cashback redemption form by 31 December 2026.
- Provide the requested product, retailer, invoice and Australian bank account details.

If product photographs are not yet available, you may attach your receipt in both upload fields. Schweigen will contact you later for the required photographs. Your initial claim must still be submitted before the claim deadline.
Approved cashback will be paid by electronic funds transfer to the nominated Australian bank account within 60 days of claim validation.
Key Conditions
- Claimants must be at least 18 years old.
- Purchases must be made from an authorised Schweigen reseller in Australia.
- The eligible product must be purchased and paid for in full during the promotion period.
- One claim is permitted per eligible product.
- A maximum of four eligible products may be claimed per installation address.
- Multiple claims are permitted, provided every claim meets the promotion requirements.
- The promotion is not available for multi-residential commercial deals or purchases.
- The offer is not valid with another Schweigen promotion, discount or voucher unless otherwise stated.
- Claims must be submitted online by 31 December 2026.
- Claims submitted by fax will not be accepted.
- The offer is available while stocks last.
Important Terms
The promotion excludes project and commercial purchases, ex-display appliances, discontinued products, seconds, scratch-and-dent products, used stock, box-damaged stock and display stock.
Purchases made through the Schweigen Outlet website and purchases made by staff are excluded. Lay-by and similar purchases are ineligible unless initiated and paid for in full during the promotional period.
If an eligible product is subsequently returned for a refund for reasons other than warranty, the cashback amount may be deducted from the refund. This does not affect rights available under Australian Consumer Law.
Customers should retain their original invoice because Schweigen may request it when validating a claim. Duplicate claims using the same invoice or product photographs may be disregarded.
