What You Receive
$500 Digital Visa Gift Card
Eligible customers will receive $500 cashback in the form of a Zip Water Digital Prepaid Visa gift card.
The gift card must be activated within two months of issue and remains valid for 12 months after activation. Any unused balance will be forfeited when the card expires.
Free Certified Installation
The eligible HydroTap purchase can be registered for free certified installation, subject to Zip Water’s installation terms and conditions.

Five-Year Comprehensive Warranty

Register your claim:
You may register the initial claim before receiving the HydroTap serial number.
Once the HydroTap has been delivered and installed, provide the serial number to Zip Water by emailing promotions@zipwater.com or calling 1800 947 827.
The serial number must be supplied by 1 December 2027. Claims that are not completed by this deadline will not be processed.
