• Base assembly: unpack the separately packed base and fix it to the heater using the four supplied screws before use.
• Before connection: remove protective packaging and plastic. Do not assemble or adjust the heater while it is plugged in.

Warranty Coverage

Its products are backed by manufacturer's warranties against defects in materials and workmanship.

For a manufacturing fault identified within the first 12 months of purchase that requires replacement by a licensed electrician, Thermogroup will arrange troubleshooting and replacement at no cost. After the first 12 months, Thermogroup will supply replacement parts for the remainder of the applicable warranty period but will not cover removal or installation costs.

Proof of purchase is required for every warranty claim. Lifetime coverage on Thermomat underfloor heating requires product registration within 60 days of installation.

What's Covered

• Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

What's Not Covered

• Incorrect installation or failure to follow the manufacturer's installation instructions.

• Use of incompatible components or accessories not supplied by Thermogroup.
• Normal maintenance and care procedures.
• Failure to power up due to an inadequate or interrupted electrical supply.
• Changes in appearance that do not affect product performance.
• Products installed outside Australia.

Conditions

• The product must be installed by a licensed electrician in accordance with the AS/NZS 3000 Wiring Rules and applicable local regulations.
• The product must be installed and used in accordance with the manufacturer's installation guide.
• Thermomat underfloor heating must be registered within 60 days of installation to qualify for the lifetime warranty.
• Proof of purchase must be provided with every claim.
• Lifting, replacing or repairing floor coverings over the underfloor heating will void the lifetime warranty.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

The heater’s display identifies the selected power level as P1, P2 or P3. These correspond to low, medium and high respectively, providing an on-unit indication of the setting selected with either control.

During a countdown period, pressing the clock button once displays the remaining running time. The screen also shows the selected temperature when the thermostat is adjusted, so the remote settings can be checked on the heater.
