For a manufacturing fault identified within the first 12 months of purchase that requires replacement by a licensed electrician, Thermogroup will arrange troubleshooting and replacement at no cost. After the first 12 months, Thermogroup will supply replacement parts for the remainder of the applicable warranty period but will not cover removal or installation costs.

What's Covered

What's Not Covered

• Incorrect installation or failure to follow the manufacturer's installation instructions.

• Use of incompatible components or accessories not supplied by Thermogroup.
• Normal maintenance and care procedures.
• Failure to power up due to an inadequate or interrupted electrical supply.
• Changes in appearance that do not affect product performance.
• Products installed outside Australia.

Conditions

• The product must be installed by a licensed electrician in accordance with the AS/NZS 3000 Wiring Rules and applicable local regulations.
• The product must be installed and used in accordance with the manufacturer's installation guide.
• Thermomat underfloor heating must be registered within 60 days of installation to qualify for the lifetime warranty.
• Proof of purchase must be provided with every claim.
• Lifting, replacing or repairing floor coverings over the underfloor heating will void the lifetime warranty.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Mid-wave infrared heating is designed to provide stronger, more directional warmth than long-wave heating. It is particularly useful in open or breezy outdoor areas because it directs radiant heat towards people instead of relying on warming the surrounding air.

Thermogroup’s quoted coverage of up to 10m² is a guide rather than a guarantee. Comfort depends on wind exposure, ambient temperature, ceiling height, mounting position and the location of the seating area; larger or more exposed spaces may require more than one heater.
