Product Overview:

The Spezialist S30643 is a 64cm proud gas cooktop designed and built in Melbourne. Its three-burner layout combines responsive brass burners, cast iron trivets and direct rotary controls in a purpose-built platform for cooks who prefer the immediacy and visual control of gas. Its proud-mounted surface plate sits visibly above the surrounding benchtop rather than finishing level with it.

Super, Rapid and Mini burners provide dedicated high-output, everyday and simmer cooking areas. The burner system supports stronger outer-ring heat and controlled inner-ring simmering, while single-spark ignition, electronic flame detection, automatic re-ignition and flame-failure shut-off support confident everyday operation.

The available surface finish is variant dependent. Natural Gas and LPG versions are separately identified by supplier SKU and barcode, allowing the correct configuration to be selected before cabinetry and gas services are finalised.

• Mounting and benchtop preparation: This proud configuration is top-mounted so its surface plate remains visibly above the benchtop. Use the model-specific 620 × 500mm cut-out for this proud configuration. Confirm the model-specific drawing before cutting.
• Rangehood clearance: Maintain at least 650mm from the cooktop trivet supporting surface to the underside of the rangehood filters.
