The 90cm Schweigen Design Aura-W carries the collection's fluted architectural language into a wide island format. Its 902mm-wide canopy creates a strong architectural feature above the benchtop, balancing sculptural texture with practical coverage for a 90cm cooking zone.

An onboard brushless motor delivers up to 1080m³/h airflow, supported by four extraction levels, automatic sensing and touchless Gesture Control. The hand-painted matte steel surface includes anti-fingerprint protection, helping the statement finish remain easier to present in an open-plan setting.

Integrated Warm2Cold LED lighting supports both ambient and task use, while a removable fine-mesh filter provides practical grease capture across the canopy. Black, White and Gold finishes allow the rangehood to either settle into the scheme or become its defining feature.

Cleaning & Maintenance:

• Fine-mesh filter care: Remove and clean the grease filter approximately every 3-6 weeks or after around 40 operating hours, depending on cooking frequency.
• Dishwasher cleaning: Use a short, low-temperature dishwasher programme or wash the filter carefully by hand.
• Induction cooking: More frequent filter cleaning may be needed where induction cooking produces heavier condensation.
• Canopy care: Wipe the exterior with a soft cloth and mild non-abrasive detergent, following the direction of the finish.
• Protect the controls and finish: Avoid abrasive pads, harsh chemicals and excess moisture around the controls and electrical components.

Installation & Requirements:

• Professional installation: Installation and electrical connection must be completed by an appropriately qualified and authorised professional in accordance with local requirements.
• Cooktop positioning: Centre the rangehood over the cooking surface to support effective capture of steam, smoke and airborne grease.
• Minimum clearance: Allow at least 600mm above an electric cooktop or 650mm above a gas cooktop, unless the cooktop manufacturer requires more.
• Induction guidance: Schweigen recommends at least 700mm above induction cooking surfaces to help manage condensation.
• Ducting: Use 150mm ducting vented outdoors. Keep the ducting taut, avoid reductions and restrictive bends, and limit the run to approximately 4 metres where practical.
• Service access: Keep controls, electrical components and connection points accessible for future servicing.

Extra Information:

Aura-W is a 902mm-wide island model using an integrated onboard motor. It is not an off-board Isodrive Silent configuration.

The supplier's technical documentation identifies the design as Aura-W under technical model SDISAU, while the saleable Black, White and Gold variants use the SDISLAU-9 SKU prefix.
