Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

The maximum capacity of 155 bottles is calculated using standard 0.75 litre Bordeaux bottles in accordance with NF H 35-124. Real-world capacity varies with Champagne, Burgundy, magnum and other bottle formats, as well as the shelf arrangement selected by the owner.

The two zones may be used for long-term storage, serving preparation or a combination of both. Each zone has its own adjustable cooling circuit, but performance still depends on correct loading, ventilation, door use and ambient conditions. The SoftSystem door is designed to close automatically below approximately 90 degrees while remaining open around 90 degrees for convenient loading.

The FreshAir activated-charcoal filter should be replaced approximately every six months. SmartDevice functions require the separately available SmartDeviceBox, a compatible network and service availability in Australia. Variant finish, barcode, retail price and net weight differ; the core capacity, dimensions, controls and wine-care functions are shared.
