The Msdh 9012 combines a large upper refrigerator with two lower storage zones. The left lower compartment remains a freezer, while the right VarioTempZone can be adjusted for frozen food, chilled drinks, meat, dairy or extra fresh-food capacity. VarioSpace allows drawers to be removed when unusually large items need to be stored.

EasyTwist Ice makes ice without plumbing, making the appliance easier to position in renovation and replacement projects. The independent FlexDoorSystem doors provide unobstructed access without a centre flap, and SoftSystem closing helps protect both the appliance and stored contents.

The optional SmartDeviceBox adds compatible connected functions and is not included as standard. This appliance received a 2025 Red Dot Design Award and should be installed with the official rear spacers and clearances to support its stated energy performance.
