Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. The warranty does not include removal, installation, or transport costs.

What's not covered

  • Damage caused by incorrect installation or failure to follow manufacturer guidelines
  • Removal, reinstallation, or transport costs associated with a warranty claim

  • Surface scratches or damage caused by misuse or improper maintenance
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by installation on an uneven or unsuitable floor surface

Conditions

  • Must be installed by a licensed installer who has issued a Certificate of Compliance
  • Must be installed on a solid, level surface that allows no movement
  • Products must be maintained and cleaned in accordance with Kaskade's care instructions
  • Proof of purchase must be provided with all claims
  • Products must be purchased from an authorised Kaskade retailer

Making a claim

Claims should be directed through the original place of purchase. Please have your proof of purchase and Certificate of Compliance from your installer ready when submitting your claim.
