Warranty Coverage
Innova products are distributed in Australia by Bestlink International and are backed by a comprehensive manufacturer's warranty, giving you confidence in the quality and durability of every product.
The periods below apply to domestic use. Commercial warranty periods differ. These warranty periods apply to products purchased after 1 March 2022.
Basins
- Ceramic basins: 10 years — Replacement product or parts, including one year's labour.
- Solid surface basins: Five years — Replacement product or parts, including one year's labour.
Toilets
- Ceramic pan and cistern: 10 years — Replacement parts or complete product.
- Internal valves: Two years — Replacement parts.
- Seat, hinges, flush pipes and button assembly: One year — Replacement parts or complete product.
- Labour: One year.
In-Wall Cisterns and Flushplates
- In-wall cisterns: Seven years — Replacement parts or complete product, including one year's labour.
- Flushplates: Two years — Replacement parts or complete product.
Tapware
- Cartridges and structure: 15 years — Replacement product or parts.
- Chrome finish: Seven years — Replacement product or parts.
- Coloured finishes: Five years — Replacement product or parts.
- Moving components and parts: Two years — Replacement parts.
- Labour: One year.
Showers
- Chrome and coloured finishes: Five years — Replacement product or parts.
- Moving components and parts: Two years — Replacement parts.
- Labour: One year.
Accessories
- Chrome finish: Seven years — Replacement parts or complete product.
- Coloured finishes: Five years — Replacement parts or complete product.
Baths
- Acrylic freestanding and inset baths: Five years — Replacement parts or complete product, including one year's labour.
- Solid surface baths: Three years — Replacement parts or complete product, including one year's labour.
Kitchen and Laundry Sinks
- Stainless steel sinks: 25 years — Replacement parts or complete product, including one year's labour.
- Quartz sinks: 10 years — Replacement parts or complete product, including one year's labour.
- Laundry cabinets: Three years — Replacement parts or complete product, including one year's labour.
Other Products
- Mirrors: Three years — Replacement parts or complete product.
- Pop-up wastes, bottle traps and floor drains: Two years — Replacement parts or complete product.
Proof of purchase is required for every warranty claim. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. Installing faulty or damaged goods will void the warranty.
What's Covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
- Repair or replacement of faulty products.
- Replacement of defective parts within the applicable warranty period.
What's Not Covered
- Damage occurring during shipping, delivery or installation.
- Incorrect installation or failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions.
- Installation of faulty or damaged goods before the issue is reported.
- Misuse, abuse, accidental damage or neglect.
- Damage caused by abrasive cleaners, harsh chemicals or unsuitable cleaning products.
- Normal wear and tear or general surface deterioration.
- Repairs or modifications carried out by unauthorised parties.
- Ex-display products.
Conditions
- Basins, baths, showers, tapware and toilets must be installed by a licensed plumber.
- Sinks must be installed by a licensed plumber, cabinetmaker or stonemason.
- Products must be inspected before installation. Installation constitutes acceptance of the goods.
- Products must be used and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
- Proof of purchase must be provided with every claim.
- The warranty applies only to the original purchaser.
Making a Claim

Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
