• Cabinet housing: Housing size at least 877mm high x 565mm wide x 555mm deep, in a 600mm wide cabinet. Ventilation is through the space at the top of the cabinet.
• Cabinet materials: Laminate adhesive must withstand at least 150°C, and the walls must resist 75°C above room temperature. Adjust furniture door hinges for a 5 to 7mm gap.
• Fixing: Secure the oven using the screws through the holes visible when the doors are open, and secure the housing to the wall or adjacent fitting. Lift into position by the sides, not by the door handles. If placed on the floor, support the appliance so the lower trim is not damaged.
• Electrical: Hard wired to a connection box on 220-240V single phase, with terminals 1-2-3 and 4-5 bridged and earth to E. The manual recommends an H05VV-F 3G2.5 lead with a strain-relief clamp, a minimum 1.5m mains lead kept off the oven back panel, and an all-pole disconnect with at least a 3mm contact gap. Have a licensed electrician connect it.
• Positioning: Do not install next to a refrigerator or freezer.
• Built-in: Install in a cabinet cutout with suitable ventilation and heat-resistant adjacent panels; follow the cutout dimensions and clearances in the Artusi user manual and specification sheet.

Energy-saving tips from the manual: if cooking for more than 40 minutes, switch the oven off about 10 minutes early and use the residual heat; keep the door properly closed; wipe spills off the door seals promptly; and avoid installing the oven directly beside a refrigerator or freezer.
