• Qualified installer: Installation and connection must be carried out by a qualified person, and the cooktop must be earthed.
• Cut-out: 874mm x 494mm.
• Worktop: A wooden insert screwed at least 50mm below the base of the hob is specified.
• Surrounding clearance: Leave at least 50mm free around the cutout. The glue and panelling used on the worktop must resist 150 degrees C and the rear wall and adjacent surfaces 90 degrees C.

The CAID95B pairs black Schott glass with a thin 4mm black aluminium alloy trim, so the 903mm wide surface looks slim and finished. A serigraphy circle design marks where each zone sits, which makes placing pans quick, and the slider touch control keeps the surface smooth with no knobs to clean around.

The two bridge functions suit keen cooks: link adjacent zones to heat a grill plate or an elongated pan evenly, then release them for separate pots. Every zone has Boost, with the centre zone reaching 3000W, so a large pot comes to the boil quickly. The 9400W total is the sum of the zone ratings without Boost.

In the box you will find the cooktop with its 150mm lead, the user manual and the warranty card. The cooktop is hardwired for 220-240V, single or double phase, and needs 600-750mm of clearance to a rangehood above.
