• Licensed installation: Installation, including the gas and electrical connections, must be carried out by a licensed person only.
• Cutout: Cut an opening of 557mm wide x 477mm deep.
• Worktop thickness: Suits a 40mm or 50mm thick worktop; fit the supplied seal under the edge and secure with the fixing brackets.
• Clearances above: 650 to 750mm clearance to a rangehood or overhead surface. Adjacent upper cabinets may sit lower than this if they are heat and steam resistant.
• Under-hob space: Leave a removable panel at least 15mm below the hob and keep a rear ventilation slot of at least 30mm.

The CAGH600X is the enamel trivet version of the Artusi 60cm four-burner gas cooktop; the CAGH600CIX has cast iron trivets instead. The enamel finish keeps the cooktop lighter and easy to maintain, and the pressed stainless steel top gives a clean, timeless look in most kitchens.

The 3.8kW wok burner delivers 13.3 MJ/h for stir-fries and large pots up to 26cm, the two semi-rapid burners (5.25 MJ/h each) cover everyday pans, and the 3 MJ/h auxiliary burner is the one for sauces and slow simmering. The pan supports are dishwasher safe, which makes cleaning up after a big cook-up straightforward.

This is a straightforward replacement for an older 60cm gas hob: it is a top-mounted fit into a 557mm x 477mm opening, with the plug and lead supplied for a 10 amp power point. The box includes the cooktop, the natural gas regulator or ULPG test point, a seal, fixing brackets and the user manual and installation guide. Gas and electrical connections must be made by a licensed person.

Backed by the Artusi 2 year warranty, extendable to 5 years when you register your product. Domestic use only; commercial use voids the warranty.
