• Licensed installation: Installation by a licensed person only, including gas and electrical connections.
• Worktop thickness: Suits a 40mm or 50mm thick worktop; fit a seal under the edge and secure with fixing brackets from the installation kit.

The CAGH31X belongs to the Artusi Domino family of 30cm modules. Its stainless steel top and matt black cast iron support give a clean, professional look that pairs naturally with steel appliance suites, and it can sit beside a second Domino module to build a custom cooking line.

As a wok station it rewards a little technique: heat the wok first, add oil, keep the ingredients moving and use the small flame setting to finish sauces. The included wok cradle keeps a round-bottomed wok stable over the triple-ring flame, while a flat-bottomed pan of 24 to 26cm works equally well.

In the box you will find the cooktop with its pan support and wok cradle, an installation kit, the 1.0m cable with 10 amp Australian plug, and the user manual with warranty card.
