• Licensed installation: Installation, including the gas and electrical connections, must be carried out by a licensed person only.
• Cutout: Cut an opening of 287mm wide x 498mm deep.
• Worktop thickness: Suits a 40mm or 50mm thick worktop; fit the supplied seal under the edge and secure with the fixing brackets.

The CAGH31B is the black glass member of the Artusi 30cm wok Domino family; the CAGH31X has the same 3.8kW triple-ring burner with a stainless steel top. A single burner makes it a purpose-built wok station that sits beside other cooktop modules or stands alone on a compact bench.

For best results use pans of 24 to 26cm on the triple-flame burner, never a base wider than 26cm, and keep the flame under the pan rather than licking up its sides. The black ceramic glass wipes clean with a soapy cloth once the cooktop has cooled.

The box includes the cooktop, the matt black cast iron trivet, fixing brackets, seal, gas regulator or test point, a 1.0m lead with 10 amp plug and the user manual with warranty card. The cutout is 287mm x 498mm.
