You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

The Artusi CACC32K is the knob control version of the 30cm ceramic cooktop; the CACC32A is the touch control version. The CACC32K is 304mm x 524mm x 90mm against 300mm x 520mm x 50mm for the CACC32A, and its front zone is 145mm rather than 140mm.

The slim 4mm aluminium alloy trim frames the black glass neatly, and the supplied scraper makes light work of burnt-on spills. Match the pot to the zone: the 180mm rear zone suits larger pans and the 145mm front zone suits saucepans and milk pans.

In the box you will find the cooktop, a scraper, fixing brackets and an adhesive seal, together with the user manual and warranty card. Backed by the Artusi 2 year warranty, extendable to 5 years when you register your product.
