• Qualified installation: Installation and electrical connection must be carried out by a qualified person in line with applicable regulations and the operation manual.
• Mounting height: Install the hood 600mm to 750mm above the hob.

• Fixing: Mark the wall with the supplied stencil and drill 4 x 8mm holes; the chimney fixes with a bracket.

• Ducting guidance: Rigid or semi-rigid duct with a short run and minimal bends performs best. Flexible ribbed duct is discouraged because it reduces airflow and adds noise. Keep runs to about 5 metres, counting each 90° bend as 1 metre; longer runs need a TD500 or TD350 in-line motor fitted about 1 metre from the external vent on its own switch.

The Artusi ATH601X is a wall-mounted T-shape slim hood in stainless steel with a black glass fascia. It combines a touch control panel and white LED display with a 9-minute delay timer.

It can be ducted through Ø150mm ducting or recirculated using a charcoal filter. A butterfly non-return valve helps prevent backdraught.
