The AID6004NB is the compact member of the Artusi Nano Matte Black induction pair. With a 580mm body only 60mm high, it suits benches where a deep drawer or an oven sits underneath, as long as the thermal barrier and oven cooling fan requirements are met. The glass is free of knobs, so the surface wipes clean in one pass.

Induction heats the pan itself, so choose cookware with a flat, magnetic base and place it fully over the zone marking. Use levels 1 to 2 for keeping food warm or melting chocolate, 5 to 6 for simmering and braising, and level 9 or the booster for boiling and stir-frying. The timer can act as a minute minder or switch a zone off for you.

The 90cm AID9005NB adds a fifth zone and a 50 A circuit requirement. The box contains the cooktop, the user manual and warranty card, and four fixing brackets with the sealing strip. Backed by the Artusi 2 year warranty, extendable to 5 years when you register your product.
