• Authorised installation: Must be installed by authorised persons to AS 5601, local gas fitting regulations and building and electrical codes.

The AGH65X pairs a 62cm stainless steel top with a front-left wok burner, so the biggest flame sits where a right-handed cook naturally reaches for it. Three smaller burners of 1.75kW, 1.0kW and 1.75kW cover steady simmering, melting and everyday frying around it.

Cast iron trivets give a solid base for heavy pots, and the wok cradle lifts round-bottomed woks clear of the burner cap for stable stir-frying. Because the body is only about 45mm high, it sits neatly into a benchtop with plenty of room underneath.

To keep flames efficient, match the pan to the burner and avoid pans that overhang the trivets. Supplied with the cooktop are the pan supports, burner caps, wok cradle, sealing strip and operation manual with warranty card.
