• Choosing a programme: open the door, press the Power button to light the screen, then press the Program button to step to the programme you want; its indicator lights. Close the door and the dishwasher starts its cycle. The display shows the remaining time, the delay time and any error codes.
• Intensive: for the heaviest soiled crockery such as pots, pans, casserole dishes and dishes with dried-on food.
• Heavy: for heavily soiled loads such as pots, plates, glasses and lightly soiled pans.
• ECO: the standard daily cycle for normally soiled loads and the test cycle for the ratings (170 minutes, 0.710 kWh, 10.5 litres, with a 45°C wash and 50°C rinse).
• Glass: for lightly soiled crockery and glass.

• Adding a forgotten dish: open the door a little to stop the wash, wait for the spray arms to stop, add the dish and close the door. This works any time before the detergent dispenser opens.
• Changing a programme: possible only shortly after the start. Open the door a little, wait for the spray arms to stop, then hold the Program button for more than three seconds to return to standby and choose a new programme. Refill the detergent dispenser if needed.
• Program end and standby: the program end indicator lights when the cycle finishes. Wait about 15 minutes before unloading, lower basket first, and in standby the appliance switches off automatically after 30 minutes without operation.
• Error codes: E1 (longer inlet time, such as a closed tap or low water pressure), E3 (not reaching the required temperature), E4 (overflow) and Ed (communication fault).

• Installation type: Fully integrated, fitted into cabinetry with your own door panel fixed to the outer door. Position the dishwasher near the existing water inlet, drain and power cord.
• Qualified installation: The pipework and electrical equipment should be installed by professionals, with the power disconnected before installing.
• Cabinet opening: Allow for a 600 mm wide opening, a height to suit the 815 mm body and less than 5 mm between the top of the dishwasher and the cabinet, with the outer door aligned to the cabinet. Leave an entrance for the electrical, drain and water supply lines. If fitted at a cabinet corner, leave at least 50 mm of space so the door can open.
• Door depth: The depth is 550 mm with the door closed and 1150 mm with the door opened 90°, so allow clear floor space in front.
• Door panel: Panel weight must be 5 to 7 kg, with a maximum height of 720 mm. Fit the hook on the panel into the slot of the outer door, then fix the panel to the outer door with the four long screws in place of the four short screws.
• Door spring tension: Turn the adjusting screw with an Allen key clockwise to tighten the left and right door springs. Tension is correct when the door stays horizontal when fully opened, yet rises to close with a slight lift of a finger.
• Installation steps: Affix the condensation strip under the work surface flush with its edge, connect the inlet hose, drain hose and power cord, slide the dishwasher into position, level it, fit the furniture door and adjust the door springs.
• Levelling: Use a spirit level on the door and rack track to check level front to back and side to side, adjusting the three levelling legs individually. The maximum foot adjustment is 50 mm, and care is needed so the dishwasher does not tip over.
• Securing the dishwasher: On a normal work surface, put the installation hook into the slot on the side and fix it to the work surface with wood screws. On marble or granite, fix the side with a screw.
• Water connection: Connect the cold water hose to a threaded 3/4 inch connector and fasten it tightly. If the pipes are new or have not been used for some time, let the water run clear first. Use the new hose set supplied; old hose sets must not be reused.
• Safety supply hose: The double-walled hose blocks the flow of water if the supply hose breaks. Pull it out from the storage compartment at the rear, tighten it to the tap and turn the water fully on before starting.
• Water pressure: The permitted water pressure is 0.04 to 1.0 MPa (0.4 to 10 bar).
• Drain hose: Fix the hose securely and run it into a drain pipe at least 4 cm in diameter or into the sink, without bending or crimping, with the drain height under 1000 mm. The free end must not be immersed in water. An extension must be a similar hose no longer than 4 metres.
• Hoses and cord: 150 cm water inlet hose, 170 cm drain hose and a 160 cm power cord, which can be positioned to either side.
• Electrical: Requires a 220-240V, 50Hz supply on a separate circuit serving only this appliance, with a 10A, 13A or 16A time delay fuse or circuit breaker. Do not use an extension cord or an adaptor plug.
• Earthing: The appliance must be properly earthed. Never cut or remove the earthing connection, and have a socket that does not suit the plug replaced by a qualified electrician.
• Supply cord: Do not excessively bend or flatten the power cord during installation; a damaged cord must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or a similarly qualified person.

The ADWFI603/1 is the family-sized choice in Artusi's integrated range: a full 60cm cavity and 12 place settings, with a BLDC pump and triple filtration that keep the wash efficient and quiet. The door panel is not included, so allow for a panel weighing 5 to 7 kg with a maximum height of 720 mm.

The auto door open feature releases steam at the end of every cycle, which helps dishes dry and keeps humidity out of surrounding cabinetry. Zone Wash lets you run only the upper or lower basket when the load is small, saving water and energy.

The 4.5 star WELS rating is for 10.5 litres per wash, and the ECO cycle uses 0.710 kWh over 170 minutes. Scrape dishes rather than pre-rinsing, add detergent just before each cycle and let dishes cool before unloading the lower basket first.
