Suspended over an island, the Schweigen Design Halo presents kitchen ventilation as a clean cylindrical architectural element. With no visible front-facing buttons, its minimal form feels composed from every angle and preserves open sightlines through the room.

The integrated brushless motor provides up to 1080m³/h airflow, with Gesture Control, remote operation and four extraction levels supporting intuitive use. Its hand-painted tri-coat finish is designed to resist everyday grease, dirt and dust while retaining a premium appearance.

A cylindrical Warm2Cold LED ring casts even illumination over the cooking surface and adjusts from 2900K to 6000K. Available in five finishes, Halo suits island kitchens where lighting, extraction and sculptural restraint need to work as one.

Cleaning & Maintenance:

• Fine-mesh filter care: Remove and clean the grease filter approximately every 3-6 weeks or after around 40 operating hours, depending on cooking frequency.
• Dishwasher cleaning: Use a short, low-temperature dishwasher programme or wash the filter carefully by hand.
• Induction cooking: More frequent filter cleaning may be needed where induction cooking produces heavier condensation.
• Canopy care: Wipe the exterior with a soft cloth and mild non-abrasive detergent, following the direction of the finish.
• Protect the controls and finish: Avoid abrasive pads, harsh chemicals and excess moisture around the controls and electrical components.

Installation & Requirements:

• Professional installation: Installation and electrical connection must be completed by an appropriately qualified and authorised professional in accordance with local requirements.
• Cooktop positioning: Centre the rangehood over the cooking surface to support effective capture of steam, smoke and airborne grease.
• Minimum clearance: Allow at least 600mm above an electric cooktop or 650mm above a gas cooktop, unless the cooktop manufacturer requires more.
• Induction guidance: Schweigen recommends at least 700mm above induction cooking surfaces to help manage condensation.
• Ducting: Use 150mm ducting vented outdoors. Keep the ducting taut, avoid reductions and restrictive bends, and limit the run to approximately 4 metres where practical.
• Service access: Keep controls, electrical components and connection points accessible for future servicing.

Extra Information:

Halo is an island-mounted model with an adjustable overall height. Ceiling structure, final suspension height and duct routing must be confirmed before installation.

This listing uses an onboard motor configuration; it should not be confused with Schweigen off-board Isodrive Silent models.
