Products appearing in the Save and Clearance section are excluded.

Special-order products cannot be cancelled. The full deposit paid for a special-order product is non-refundable and non-transferable.

A cancellation fee equal to 10% may apply to outstanding orders cancelled before the goods are dispatched from the Bertazzoni Australia warehouse.
