• Licensed installation: Installation must be completed by a licensed plumber in accordance with AS/NZS 3500, local regulations and the supplied Oliveri instructions.
• Bench preparation: Provide a 35mm mounting hole through a benchtop no thicker than 50mm and confirm clear space beneath the mixer.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

The Vilo VT2400 combines Oliveri’s tall Italian styling with a retractable outlet that makes targeted rinsing easier around deep or multi-bowl sinks. Its 480mm height and 284mm spout clearance provide useful room for filling stockpots, washing baking trays and working with bulky cookware.

Cold Start places cold water at the lever’s default central position, helping avoid unnecessary activation of the household hot-water system during quick rinsing and handwashing. Six finish choices allow the same mixer to work across restrained stainless-steel kitchens, darker industrial schemes and warmer metallic palettes.
