• Normal wear and tear, including seals and O-rings
• Repairs or modifications carried out by unauthorised parties
• Products with visible faults installed without prior reporting

Conditions

• Must be installed by a licensed plumber, tradesperson, or electrician as appropriate
• Must be installed in accordance with Australian Standards and manufacturer instructions
• Water pressure must not exceed 500kPa
• Products must be inspected for damage before installation
• Braided stainless steel flexible hoses must be inspected every 12 months
• Proof of purchase must be provided with all claims

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

The matte black surface gives the TZ0301MB a strong visual identity that works beautifully with pale stone, warm timber, concrete and metallic fittings. Its curved outline prevents the dark finish from feeling severe, making it suitable for both minimalist and richly layered bathrooms.
