The Oliveri ST-1563U Santorini Double Bowl Undermount Sink brings Italian-made moulded granite into a practical undermount design. Made from 80% granite and quartz particles blended with 20% acrylic, it provides a substantial, refined surface for everyday food preparation and washing.

Two generous bowls support flexible washing, rinsing and food-preparation workflows. Heat resistance up to 280°C, scratch resistance, antibacterial action and sound-insulating construction support confident daily use while preserving a sophisticated contemporary appearance.

Cleaning & Maintenance:

• Routine cleaning: Clean regularly with warm water, mild liquid detergent and a soft cloth or non-abrasive sponge.
• Rinse and dry: Remove detergent residue and dry the surface to minimise water marks and mineral build-up.
• Avoid abrasive products: Do not use abrasive powders, cream cleaners, scouring pads or chemically aggressive detergents.
• Treat everyday stains promptly: Use very hot water and a suitable cleaning product, then rinse thoroughly.
• Treat stubborn organic stains carefully: If required, fill the bowl with a highly diluted organic cleaner such as bleach overnight, then rinse with warm water and wipe with a soft cloth.
• Protect from heat and impact: Use a protector beneath hot cookware and avoid dropping heavy or sharp objects into the bowl.
• Accessory care: Wash removable boards, colanders, mats and covers separately according to their materials and dry before storage.
• Maintain wastes and overflow: Remove debris from basket wastes and periodically flush the overflow path where fitted.

Installation & Requirements:

Extra Information:

The ST-1563U gives both sides of the sink equal importance, with two 32-litre bowls that make it easy to separate washing, rinsing, soaking and food preparation. Undermount installation preserves a clean benchtop line and maximises the sense of usable workspace.

An optional ACP41 drainer basket can sit within a compatible bowl, adding drying capacity without permanently occupying the benchtop. Selected variants include an overflow, so the exact SKU should be checked before plumbing and fabrication are finalised.
