The Oliveri ST-1551 Santorini Large Bowl Topmount Sink brings Italian-made moulded granite into a practical topmount design. Made from 80% granite and quartz particles blended with 20% acrylic, it provides a substantial, refined surface for everyday food preparation and washing.

A generous single bowl and integrated tap landing accommodate wide plates, platters and cookware. Heat resistance up to 280°C, scratch resistance, antibacterial action and sound-insulating construction support confident daily use while preserving a sophisticated contemporary appearance.

Cleaning & Maintenance:

• Routine cleaning: Clean regularly with warm water, mild liquid detergent and a soft cloth or non-abrasive sponge.
• Rinse and dry: Remove detergent residue and dry the surface to minimise water marks and mineral build-up.
• Avoid abrasive products: Do not use abrasive powders, cream cleaners, scouring pads or chemically aggressive detergents.
• Treat everyday stains promptly: Use very hot water and a suitable cleaning product, then rinse thoroughly.
• Treat stubborn organic stains carefully: If required, fill the bowl with a highly diluted organic cleaner such as bleach overnight, then rinse with warm water and wipe with a soft cloth.
• Protect from heat and impact: Use a protector beneath hot cookware and avoid dropping heavy or sharp objects into the bowl.
• Accessory care: Wash removable boards, colanders, mats and covers separately according to their materials and dry before storage.
• Maintain wastes and overflow: Remove debris from basket wastes and periodically flush the overflow path where fitted.

Installation & Requirements:

• Installation method: Designed for topmount installation with the rim supported above the benchtop.
• Verify dimensions: Confirm the delivered sink, cabinet and cut-out dimensions before cutting the benchtop.
• Cabinet support: Provide a level, structurally sound cabinet meeting the stated minimum width and capable of supporting the filled sink.
• Factory tap hole: Use the supplied tap hole only; the moulded granite sink must not be cut, drilled, ground or modified.
• Seal and secure: Apply a continuous suitable seal beneath the rim and secure the sink evenly with the supplied clips.
• Waste and overflow: Install the supplied waste or wastes and overflow kit where applicable, then test all joints.
• Qualified plumbing: Complete water and waste connections in accordance with local requirements and Oliveri’s instructions.
• Commissioning: Remove debris and confirm drainage, accessory fit, overflow operation and the perimeter seal.

Extra Information:

The ST-1551 combines a broad 39-litre bowl with a compact topmount footprint, making it especially useful for washing wide platters, baking trays and larger cookware. Its integrated tap landing keeps the mixer installation contained within the sink body.

Black, Matte Black and White finishes let the bowl either contrast with or blend into the benchtop. Overflow configuration is variant-dependent, so the selected SKU and plumbing requirements should be confirmed before installation.
