• Normal wear and tear, including seals and O-rings

• Products with visible faults installed without prior reporting

Conditions

• Must be installed by a licensed plumber, tradesperson, or electrician as appropriate
• Must be installed in accordance with Australian Standards and manufacturer instructions

• Products must be inspected for damage before installation
• Braided stainless steel flexible hoses must be inspected every 12 months

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

The ST-1550U provides a generous 39-litre bowl without the visual bulk of a topmount rim or drainer. It suits kitchens and laundries where large cookware, baking trays or handwashing tasks need comfortable room, while the undermount format preserves uninterrupted benchtop space.

Black, Matte Black and White finishes let the same practical bowl work across contrasting or tonal interiors. As variants may differ in overflow configuration, the selected SKU should be confirmed against the installation and plumbing requirements before fabrication.
