Proof of purchase is required for all claims. The lifetime warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is not transferable.

What's covered

• Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship

What's not covered

• Scratching or general surface finish deterioration from normal use
• Incorrect installation or failure to follow manufacturer guidelines
• Misuse, abuse, accidental damage, or neglect
• Use of abrasive, acidic, or harsh chemical cleaning products
• Damage from excess water pressure (over 500kPa) or water temperature
• Normal wear and tear, including seals and O-rings
• Repairs or modifications carried out by unauthorised parties
• Products with visible faults installed without prior reporting

Conditions

• Must be installed by a licensed plumber, tradesperson, or electrician as appropriate
• Must be installed in accordance with Australian Standards and manufacturer instructions
• Water pressure must not exceed 500kPa
• Products must be inspected for damage before installation
• Braided stainless steel flexible hoses must be inspected every 12 months
• Proof of purchase must be provided with all claims
• The warranty applies to the original purchaser only

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

By locating the cistern inside the wall, the Oslo OS127-PSC reduces visible bulk and gives the bathroom a cleaner, more spacious character. The wall-faced pan meets the finished wall for a coordinated installation, while its floor-mounted design remains familiar and accessible for many renovation projects.

The package includes a Geberit Sigma8 concealed cistern with efficient dual-flush operation. A compatible flush plate is selected separately, allowing the visible control to be coordinated with the wider bathroom finish and giving customers more freedom over the final look.
