Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

The two-stage arrangement separates particulate and carbon filtration so each cartridge can focus on a specific task. Capturing dirt and rust before the carbon stage can support more consistent taste and odour reduction while supplying filtered water beyond a single kitchen outlet.

Filter performance and cartridge life depend on incoming water quality, pressure, flow and household demand. The system should therefore be installed where both housings remain easy to isolate, inspect and service, with replacement cartridges changed together or as local conditions require.
