Conditions

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Sediment cartridges provide an important first line of defence for a whole-home filtration system by intercepting visible and fine particulate matter before it reaches downstream fixtures or a second-stage carbon cartridge. Timely replacement helps maintain flow and prevents accumulated debris from limiting system performance.

The recommended 3–6 month replacement interval is a guide rather than a fixed lifespan. Households with higher water demand or elevated sediment levels may need more frequent changes, so reductions in flow, visible discolouration or local water conditions should also inform the maintenance schedule.
