• Scratching or general surface finish deterioration from normal use
• Incorrect installation or failure to follow manufacturer guidelines

• Damage from excess water pressure (over 500kPa) or water temperature
• Normal wear and tear, including seals and O-rings
• Repairs or modifications carried out by unauthorised parties
• Products with visible faults installed without prior reporting

Conditions

• Must be installed by a licensed plumber, tradesperson, or electrician as appropriate
• Must be installed in accordance with Australian Standards and manufacturer instructions

• Products must be inspected for damage before installation
• Braided stainless steel flexible hoses must be inspected every 12 months

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

The ACP109 is a practical solution for sinks without an integrated drainer or kitchens that only need draining space occasionally. It protects the benchtop while dishes dry or food defrosts, then moves away when uninterrupted preparation space is more valuable.

Five stainless-steel finishes allow the tray to coordinate with selected Oliveri sinks, wastes and tapware. Because it is freestanding, it can also shift between the main sink, island or laundry as household needs change.
