Conditions

• Must be installed by a licensed installer who has issued a Certificate of Compliance
• Must be installed on a solid, level surface that allows no movement
• Products must be maintained and cleaned in accordance with Kaskade's care instructions
• Proof of purchase must be provided with all claims
• Products must be purchased from an authorised Kaskade retailer

Claims should be directed through the original place of purchase. Please have your proof of purchase and Certificate of Compliance from your installer ready when submitting your claim.
