Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Fire clay ceramic sinks are formed and fired rather than fabricated to an exact machined tolerance. For the Benson 68708, Fienza specifies a permitted dimensional variation of ±15mm and expressly requires final measurements to be taken from the physical product. The sink should therefore be onsite before cabinetry, support shelving and benchtop openings are completed.

The reversible construction changes the visible character of the sink without changing its capacity or installation footprint. The fluted face creates a more decorative farmhouse presentation, while the flat face allows the Matte Black ceramic form to read with fewer visual details. The decision is permanent once the sink, cabinetry and benchtop are installed.

Fienza identifies its Butler range as suitable for kitchen and laundry use, with heat-proof, food-safe, stain-resistant and impact-resistant properties. The 70-litre Benson is the large-format single-bowl option within this style, providing a broad interior without a divider or integrated drainer.
