The oven is a huge 140 litre capacity that provides an amazing amount of space to cook the biggest family meals. The cooktop has 5 burners including the new high efficiency wok burner with 2 medium burners, a large burner, and a simmer burner. The simple 10 amp plug in electrical connection provides for easy installation – amazing for a 90 cm cooker.
All Emilia gas cookers are OFF GRID ready. A full LPG conversion kit is included if needed. The oven temperature is controlled by a thermostat that does not require electricity to operate. All Emilia gas cookers can be lit manually so if there is a black out they can continue cooking. They are ideal for homes operating with Solar panels.

OVEN FUNCTIONS
Gas
- Conventional gas cooking. The gas burner is under the floor of the oven providing 4D heat distribution.
Fan Assisted Gas
- The fan distributes the heat throughout the oven. The allows for cooking on multiple shelves at the same time
Single Electric Grill
- Used for gratin dishes. Able to turn the surface of foods golden brown. The grill operates with the door closed for maximum efficiency.
Fan Grill
- The fan and grill together distribute the heat evenly, roasting foods evenly while turning the surface golden brown. Idea for mixed grills.
Oven Light
- Lights the interior of the oven - all models.
10 AMP
- Fitted with a 10 amp plug and cable for easy plug in connection to a standard 10 amp outlet.
