How to Claim the Extended Warranty
To qualify:
- Purchase an eligible Billi Home system from a participating Billi Approved Retailer between 1 and 31 October 2026.
- Have the system installed by a Billi technician.
- Register the purchase at billi.com.au/promotions by 31 December 2026.
- Provide a valid final tax invoice and valid product serial number.
Registration must be completed by the customer. A retailer or third party cannot submit the registration on the customer’s behalf.
If the system has not yet been delivered and a serial number is unavailable, the registration will remain pending until the serial number and any other required information are supplied and verified by Billi.
Installation Requirements
Installation by a Billi technician is mandatory and is normally at the customer’s expense.
Standard installation charges stated by Billi are:
- $419 for non-sparkling systems
- $479 for sparkling systems
Additional charges may apply when the work falls outside the scope of a standard installation.
Customers who also qualify for Billi’s concurrent Multifunction Mixer Tap complimentary installation promotion may be able to claim both offers, subject to the separate conditions of each promotion.
Key Conditions
- Available to Australian customers purchasing an eligible product from a participating Billi Approved Retailer.
- Purchase must be completed from 1–31 October 2026 inclusive.
- Customer registration must be completed by 31 December 2026.
- A valid final tax invoice and product serial number are required.
- Quotes, order confirmations, unfulfilled purchase orders and purchase schedules are not accepted as proof of purchase.
- The eligible system must be installed by a Billi technician.
- Clearance, discount and seconds products, commercial quantities and project sales are excluded unless Billi advises otherwise.
- The promotional extended warranty is available only to the original registered purchaser and is not transferable.
Important Terms
The extended warranty applies to the eligible system only. Accessories, consumables, replacement items, filters, CO₂ cylinders, spare parts, installation services and products outside the eligible systems are excluded.
Except for the extended warranty period, Billi’s standard warranty conditions, exclusions and maintenance requirements continue to apply.
If the qualifying purchase is cancelled, refunded or returned—other than through rights exercised under Australian Consumer Law—the promotional warranty extension will cease to apply.
This promotion may be combined with other Billi promotional offers unless otherwise stated. Customers must meet the separate eligibility and redemption requirements of every applicable offer.
