InSinkErator® products are backed by an In-home Full Service Limited Warranty, covering defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase for the duration of the applicable warranty period. If a product fault is found during the warranty period, contact InSinkErator Service (Australia) for details of your nearest Authorised Service Agent.

If deemed defective and covered under warranty, the product will be repaired or replaced at no cost to the customer. This warranty is provided by InSinkErator (Australia) Pty. Ltd. and is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Products removed or self-repaired after installation
• Products used for commercial purposes
• Items purchased from overseas sources not compliant with Australian standards
• Products that have been modified or incorrectly installed
• Damage caused by fire, flood, vandalism, misuse, pests, or natural disasters
• Damage due to electrical or water supply faults

Use of a licensed plumber for installation is recommended to maintain warranty coverage.

Customers are entitled to a replacement or refund for major failures and compensation for reasonably foreseeable losses.
