Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. The warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is not transferable.

What's covered

• Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
• Repair or replacement of faulty products or parts within the applicable warranty period
• Parts and labour costs within the 5-year warranty period

What's not covered

• Incorrect installation or failure to follow manufacturer installation instructions
• Misuse, neglect, or accidental damage
• Commercial use of domestic appliances
• Damage caused by chemicals, excessive heat, or environmental conditions
• Consumables such as filters, globes, and batteries
• Repairs or modifications carried out by unauthorised parties
• Use of parts or accessories not approved by Haus Group

Conditions

• Must be installed by a licensed electrician or licensed gas plumber as appropriate
• Must be installed and used in accordance with manufacturer instructions
• Products must be inspected for damage within 14 days of delivery
• Proof of purchase must be provided with all claims
• Warranty applies to the original purchaser only
