Every Sirius product is backed by a comprehensive manufacturer's warranty.

• All Sirius rangehoods — Sirius Range & Valentina Collection (standard warranty): 3 years — Parts and labour
• All Sirius rangehoods — Sirius Range & Valentina Collection (extended warranty): 6 years — Parts and labour, when Sirius-branded ducting is used
• SEM remote motors: 10 years — Replacement
• Sirius ducting: Adds 3 years to the standard warranty when used with a Sirius rangehood

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. The extended 6-year warranty applies only when Sirius-branded ducting is installed with the rangehood. Use of non-Sirius ducting materials may void the extended warranty.

What's covered

• Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
• Repair or replacement of faulty products or parts within the warranty period
• Parts and labour costs within the applicable warranty period

What's not covered

• Incorrect installation or failure to follow manufacturer guidelines
• Misuse, accidental damage, or neglect
• Use of non-Sirius ducting materials (voids extended warranty)
• Damage caused by power surges or incorrect electrical supply
• Normal wear and tear
• Repairs or modifications carried out by unauthorised parties
• Commercial use of domestic appliances

Conditions

• Must be installed by a licensed electrician in accordance with Australian Standards
• Must be installed using the correct ducting size and configuration per the Sirius ducting guide
• For the 6-year extended warranty, Sirius-branded ducting must be used
• Products must be used and maintained in accordance with the product user manual
