Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. The warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is not transferable. Warranty claims must be lodged within 10 business days of becoming aware of the fault.

Conditions

• Must be installed by a qualified installer with appropriate licences and experience
• Must be installed using the correct high-flow vent and ducting size
• Must be used and maintained in accordance with the product manual
• Warranty claims must be lodged within 10 business days of becoming aware of the fault

Making a claim

Claims can be submitted via the service request form at schweigen.com.au or by contacting Schweigen's customer support team on 1300 881 693. Please have your proof of purchase and product model and serial numbers ready when submitting your claim.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Details:
