The Robam 87H2S is a premium 90cm wall-mounted canopy rangehood engineered for high-performance kitchen ventilation. Finished in elegant glossy black tempered glass, it combines powerful extraction, intelligent automation and contemporary styling to create a statement appliance suited to modern Australian kitchens. With an unrestricted airflow capacity of up to 2,510m³/h and an advanced BLDC motor, it is designed to rapidly remove smoke, steam, grease and cooking odours generated during intensive cooking.

At the heart of the 87H2S is Robam's intelligent Auto-Adjust Speed Control system. Using an integrated sensing chip, the rangehood continuously monitors duct resistance and automatically adjusts motor output to maintain optimum airflow and static pressure. Whether installed with a long flue or a smaller diameter duct, the system helps deliver consistent extraction performance without requiring manual adjustment. Robam developed the 87H2S to maintain powerful extraction performance under a wide range of installation conditions. Unlike conventional rangehoods that can lose efficiency as duct resistance increases, the integrated sensing system automatically adjusts motor output to compensate for changing airflow resistance. This allows the rangehood to maintain strong extraction performance even when installed with longer chimney flues.

The advanced acoustic design combines thousands of precision-engineered noise reduction micro-holes with additional sound-absorbing insulation to minimise operating noise without compromising airflow. This enables the rangehood to deliver exceptionally quiet operation while maintaining high extraction performance during everyday cooking.

When paired with a compatible Robam cooktop, R-Link technology automatically synchronises operation between both appliances. The rangehood activates as cooking begins and adjusts ventilation when required, creating a more seamless cooking experience while reducing the need for manual operation.

The removable Bionic Leaf grease filter has been engineered to encourage efficient oil drainage while capturing grease particles before they enter the motor system. The filter is fully dishwasher safe, making routine maintenance straightforward.
