Yes. Our website allows you to browse and purchase a wide range of appliances online, or you can contact our team directly for personalised assistance.

Do you offer Australia-wide delivery?

Yes! We deliver products across Australia with the help of trusted courier partners, while some suppliers may handle delivery directly. A very small number of brands are restricted to Victoria only, but the majority of our products can be shipped nationwide.

We offer:

Metro delivery, sometimes free depending on the supplier.
Free delivery within a certain radius of our shopfront and warehouse.
Regional delivery via courier, with costs depending on location.
A few select suppliers also provide free delivery nationwide.

We’ll always contact you with delivery details and ETAs to make sure your order arrives safely and on time.

Can you help me choose the right appliances?

Yes. Our experienced team regularly assists homeowners, builders, designers and renovators in selecting appliances. We are happy to guide you through product features, sizes and installation considerations to ensure the right fit for your project.

What brands do you sell?

We offer a curated range of premium appliances from leading brands including Miele, Qasair, Falcon, Kleenmaid, Liebherr, Parisi, Caroma and many more.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, AfterPay, and bank transfers. Payment is required at the time of purchase.

What is Afterpay?

Afterpay lets you split your purchase into 4 interest-free fortnightly payments, with nothing extra to pay when you pay on time. It's a simple way to spread the cost of your new appliance without any added interest.

How do I pay with Afterpay at 8Appliances?

Simply select Afterpay at checkout and log in or sign up in a few clicks. Once approved, your order is confirmed and ships as normal. You'll then make your 4 fortnightly payments directly through Afterpay.

Are there any fees with Afterpay?

There's no interest and no extra cost if you pay on time. Late payments may incur a fee, and approval is subject to Afterpay's own eligibility criteria. Full terms are available on Afterpay's website.

Can I pay for a larger purchase over several months with Afterpay?

From 1 October 2026, eligible customers can apply for a separate Pay Monthly spend limit of $1,000 to $20,000 directly in the Afterpay app (subject to a credit check). Once approved, you'll see 6, 12 or 24-month payment options at checkout on eligible orders of $500 or more, at a rate of 19.99% p.a. There are no monthly account fees, and you can pay off your order early at any time.
