Brand Introduction
Parisi products are backed by a comprehensive manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, reflecting the brand's confidence in the quality and function of every product.
The periods below apply to residential use. Commercial warranty periods differ; contact Parisi for details.
Warranty Coverage
Tapware and Mixers
- Ceramic disc cartridges, taps, outlets and mixers: 15 years' replacement product cover, including five years' labour.
- Chrome and PVD finishes: 15 years, subject to warranty conditions.
- Electroplated matt black finishes: Five years, subject to warranty conditions.
- Sensor tapware: One year for parts and labour.
- Kitchen pull-out sprays and hoses: One year for parts only.
Showers
- Overhead showers, arms, rails and columns: 15 years' replacement product cover, including five years' labour.
- Handshowers, hoses, sliders and diverters: One year replacement product warranty.
Accessories and Heated Rails
- Accessories and heated rails: 15 years' replacement product or parts cover, with five years on electronic components.
- Sensor accessories: One year for parts and labour.
Basins and Toilets
- Ceramic and solid-surface basins and ceramic butler sinks: 10 years' replacement product cover, including one year's labour.
- Ceramic toilet pans, cisterns and bidets: 10 years' replacement product cover, including one year's labour.
- Geberit valves: Three years' replacement product cover, including one year's labour.
- Moda and Pressalit toilet seats: 10 years' replacement product cover, with one year on moveable parts.
- Selected toilet seats: Five years' replacement product cover, with one year on moveable parts.
- Standard toilet seats: One year for parts only.
Concealed Cisterns
- Concealed cistern tanks: 15 years' replacement product cover, including one year's labour.
- Push panels: Two years' replacement product cover, including one year's labour.
- Internal components and sensor flush panels: One year for parts and labour.
Baths
- Stonetec® baths: 25 years' replacement product cover.
- Lucite® acrylic and steel-enamel baths: 15 years' replacement product cover.
- Acrylic inset baths: 10 years' replacement product cover.
Sinks
- Stainless steel sinks: 20 years' replacement product or parts cover.
Bathroom Furniture
- Cabinets and ceramic or quartz-stone tops: 10 years' replacement product cover, including one year's labour.
- Cabinet handles: Five years' replacement product cover.
- Mirrors and mirror cabinets: One year for the replacement product and electrical components.
Doorware
- Handles, knobs, locks and latches: Five years' replacement product cover, including one year's labour.
- PVD finishes: 15 years, subject to warranty conditions.
- Stainless steel and chrome finishes: 10 years, subject to warranty conditions.
- Electroplated matt black finishes: Five years, subject to warranty conditions.
Proof of purchase is required for every warranty claim. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
What's Covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
- Repair, replacement or refund of a defective product at Parisi's discretion.
- Replacement of defective parts within the applicable warranty period.
What's Not Covered
- Incorrect installation or failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions.
- Installation by an unlicensed tradesperson.
- Misuse, abuse, accidental damage or neglect.
- Damage caused by abrasive cleaners, bleach, or acidic or ammonia-based products.
- Damage caused by poor water quality, excessive water pressure or inadequate plumbing preparation.
- Normal wear and tear, including seals and O-rings.
- Water damage to bathroom furniture.
- Repairs or modifications carried out by unauthorised parties.
- Ex-display products.
Conditions
- Tapware, basins, toilets and showers must be installed by a licensed plumber.
- Products must be installed in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and Australian Standard AS/NZS 3500.
- Water pressure must not exceed 500 kPa. A pressure-limiting valve must be installed where required.
- Products must be inspected for transit damage before installation.
- Products must be maintained and cleaned in accordance with Parisi's care instructions.
- Proof of purchase must be provided with every claim.
- The warranty applies only to the original purchaser.
Making a Claim
Warranty claims should be made through the original place of purchase. Claims may also be lodged through the Parisi warranty claim page. Have your proof of purchase and photographs of the issue available when submitting a claim.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
