Parisi products are backed by a comprehensive manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, reflecting their confidence in the quality and function of every product.

- Ceramic disc cartridges, taps, outlets & mixers: 15 years — Replacement product, 5 years labour
- Chrome & PVD finishes: 15 years — Conditions apply

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. The warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is not transferable.
What's covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
- Repair, replacement, or refund of defective products at Parisi's discretion
- Replacement of defective parts within the applicable warranty period
What's not covered
- Incorrect installation or failure to follow manufacturer guidelines
- Installation by an unlicensed tradesperson
- Misuse, abuse, accidental damage, or neglect
- Use of abrasive cleaners, bleach, acidic or ammonia-based products
- Damage from poor water quality, excess water pressure, or inadequate plumbing preparation
- Normal wear and tear, including seals and O-rings
- Water damage to bathroom furniture
- Repairs or modifications carried out by unauthorised parties
- Ex-display products
Conditions
- Tapware, basins, toilets, and showers must be installed by a licensed plumber
- Products must be installed in accordance with manufacturer instructions and Australian Standards AS/NZS3500
- Water pressure must not exceed 500kPa — a pressure-limiting valve must be installed where required
- Products must be inspected for transit damage before installation
- Products must be maintained and cleaned per Parisi care instructions
- Proof of purchase must be provided with all claims
- The warranty applies to the original purchaser only
Making a claim
Claims should be directed through the original place of purchase. Claims can also be lodged directly with Parisi at parisi.com.au/pages/warranty-claim. Please have your proof of purchase and photographs of the issue ready when submitting your claim.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
