• Scratching or general surface finish deterioration from normal use
• Incorrect installation or failure to follow manufacturer guidelines
• Misuse, abuse, accidental damage, or neglect
• Use of abrasive, acidic, or harsh chemical cleaning products
• Damage from excess water pressure (over 500kPa) or water temperature
• Normal wear and tear, including seals and O-rings
• Repairs or modifications carried out by unauthorised parties
• Products with visible faults installed without prior reporting

Conditions

• Must be installed by a licensed plumber, tradesperson, or electrician as appropriate
• Must be installed in accordance with Australian Standards and manufacturer instructions
• Water pressure must not exceed 500kPa
• Products must be inspected for damage before installation
• Braided stainless steel flexible hoses must be inspected every 12 months
• Proof of purchase must be provided with all claims
• The warranty applies to the original purchaser only

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

The Vienna suite suits customers who want a contemporary toilet without harsh or overly angular styling. Its back-to-wall format limits visible pipework.

Universal trap compatibility and two inlet positions make the VI1273 useful when replacing an existing suite, while the rimless bowl and removable seat support easier ongoing care.
