Proof of purchase is required for all claims. The lifetime warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is not transferable.

• Scratching or general surface finish deterioration from normal use

• Normal wear and tear, including seals and O-rings

• Products with visible faults installed without prior reporting

Conditions

• Must be installed by a licensed plumber, tradesperson, or electrician as appropriate
• Must be installed in accordance with Australian Standards and manufacturer instructions
• Water pressure must not exceed 500kPa
• Products must be inspected for damage before installation
• Braided stainless steel flexible hoses must be inspected every 12 months

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

The SP10 series is a small detail with a noticeable effect on the finished sink. Matching the overflow cover to the basket waste and surrounding hardware helps the sink read as a coordinated design rather than a collection of mismatched components.

It is specifically intended for Oliveri AC10 and AC11 rectangular overflow kits. Compatibility should be confirmed before purchase, particularly when replacing a cover on an older sink or a waste system from another manufacturer.
