Warranty Coverage
Oliveri products are backed by a comprehensive manufacturer's warranty, reflecting the enduring quality of the brand's Australian kitchen, bathroom and laundry products.
The periods below apply to domestic use and to eligible products purchased after 1 March 2022. Commercial warranty periods differ; contact Oliveri for details.
Kitchen Sinks and Laundry Tubs
- Stainless steel sinks and tubs: Lifetime replacement product warranty for the original purchaser only.
- Basket wastes and accessories: One year for replacement parts.
Basins
- Vitreous china basins: 20 years for replacement parts, including one year's labour.
- Stainless steel and Terzofoco basins: Lifetime replacement bowl warranty for the original purchaser only.
Bathroom Tapware
- Cartridge and body: 15 years for replacement parts, including one year's labour.
- Chrome finish: 15 years for replacement parts, including one year's labour.
- PVD finish: 10 years for replacement parts, including one year's labour.
- Other finishes and seals: Five years for replacement parts, including one year's labour.
Kitchen Tapware
- Premium Vilo, Pepe and Essente 316 ranges — cartridge: 15 years for replacement parts, including one year's labour.
- Premium ranges — body and chrome finish: Seven years for replacement parts and labour.
- Standard ranges — cartridge: 10 years for replacement parts, including one year's labour.
- Standard ranges — body and chrome finish: Seven years for replacement parts and labour.
Showers
- Main body: 15 years for replacement parts, including one year's labour.
- Chrome finish: Seven years for replacement parts, including one year's labour.
- Non-chrome or coloured finish and shower head: Five years for replacement parts, including one year's labour.
- Hoses, seals and O-rings: Two years for replacement parts, including one year's labour.
Toilets
- Vitreous china cistern and pan: 20 years for replacement parts, including one year's labour.
- Toilet seat: Five years for replacement parts, including one year's labour.
- Valves and fittings: Two years for replacement parts, including one year's labour.
Baths
- Island and inset bath shells: 15 years for replacement parts, including one year's labour.
- Freestanding bath shells: 10 years for replacement parts, including one year's labour.
Bathroom Accessories
- Parts and chrome finish: Seven years for replacement parts, including one year's labour.
- Non-chrome or coloured finish: Five years for replacement parts, including one year's labour.
Proof of purchase is required for every warranty claim. Lifetime warranties apply only to the original purchaser and are not transferable.
What's Covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
- Repair or replacement of faulty products within the applicable warranty period.
- Replacement of defective parts.
What's Not Covered
- Scratching or general deterioration of the surface finish through normal use.
- Incorrect installation or failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions.
- Misuse, abuse, accidental damage or neglect.
- Damage caused by abrasive, acidic or harsh chemical cleaning products.
- Damage caused by water pressure above 500 kPa or excessive water temperature.
- Normal wear and tear, including seals and O-rings.
- Repairs or modifications carried out by unauthorised parties.
- Products installed with visible faults that were not reported before installation.
Conditions
- The product must be installed by a licensed plumber, tradesperson or electrician, as appropriate.
- The product must be installed in accordance with applicable Australian Standards and the manufacturer's instructions.
- Water pressure must not exceed 500 kPa.
- The product must be inspected for faults or damage before installation.
- Braided stainless steel flexible hoses must be inspected every 12 months.
- Proof of purchase must be provided with every claim.
- The warranty applies only to the original purchaser.
Making a Claim
To make a warranty claim, contact Oliveri directly by phone or email. Have your proof of purchase, photographs of the product and defect, and installer details available when submitting your claim.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
