Proof of purchase is required for all claims. The lifetime warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is not transferable.

• Normal wear and tear, including seals and O-rings

Conditions

• Must be installed by a licensed plumber, tradesperson, or electrician as appropriate
• Must be installed in accordance with Australian Standards and manufacturer instructions
• Water pressure must not exceed 500kPa
• Products must be inspected for damage before installation
• Braided stainless steel flexible hoses must be inspected every 12 months

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Activated carbon filtration is particularly valuable where chlorine, unwanted taste or odour affects the enjoyment of household water. Used as the single filter in a K-T-WH20S or as the second filtration stage in a K-T-WH20T, this cartridge helps refine water after it enters the property.

The recommended 6–12 month replacement interval is a guide rather than a fixed lifespan. Incoming water quality, household demand, pressure and flow all influence cartridge life, so changes in taste, odour or flow should also help determine when replacement is due.
