You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

The MT512W80RUW (MA512W80/W-AU) shares its 580 x 1015 x 596 mm body with the 9kg MT512W90RUW, so the two fit the same laundry space. The 8kg model uses 98 litres of water per wash and 470 kWh per year, compared with 110 litres and 531 kWh for the 9kg.

Actual wash performance and overall cycle duration vary with load size, fabric type and the program selected. As with any top load washing machine, avoiding overloading the drum and using a detergent suited to machine washing help the wash features perform as intended.
