Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Run the Drum Clean programme empty before the first wash to remove any residual water and odours from the factory. The MF110W80B/W-AU has a single inlet valve and connects to a cold water supply only, and the glass door can become hot during operation, so keep children and pets away while it is running.

Actual wash performance and overall cycle duration vary with load size, fabric type and the programme selected. Washing a single item can unbalance the drum, so add one or two more items to the load to let the spin run smoothly. The energy and water ratings are based on the Cotton Eco programme at 60°C and 1400 RPM with an 8kg test load.
